When submitting your proposal, please send us information about yourself, references and the proposed workshop – including your speaking or workshop fee. Also make a note if you need accommodations, transportation or any other assistance.

Path to Freedom's policy is a 60/40 split on funds received from event admittance cost (if applicable). The percentage allocated to Path to Freedom covers promotional expenses, credit card transactions, handling of reservations, use of facility, set up and staff.

If you require a "flat fee" and it is within our budget, we will provide that you. All additional money made from event admittance fee will go directly to Path to Freedom.

We ask that Path to Freedom receive free of charge any materials offered for sale (books, videos, supplies, etc.) which we will add to our community "lending library."

Our staff will promote your event with local media outlets, our extensive mailing list (of nearly 1,000 local members) and will help with coordinating your event, making the experience pleasant for all involved.
