The establishment and upkeep of this website and the creation of any educational materials requires a sacrifice of time and effort from the duties and chores of our lifestyle and our homestead - and subsequently, from our income.

So, after much personal deliberation, we have decided to charge a marginal fee for certain document downloads which we have dedicated time and effort into creating. Any profit made from these available downloads will help offset the cost of this website's webhosting bill and bandwidth costs.
