No race can prosper till it learns there is  as much dignity in tilling a field as  in writing a poem.

Turn the phrase "think globally, act locally" into a reality

Our unnecessary over-dependence on the corporate system, especially with our food supply, is taking an excruciating toll on our survival as a nation and welfare of the planet.

How else to stop this spiraling madness by sowing the seeds of victory

You can begin by getting down and dirty:

plant a garden

dig up your lawn

landscape with edibles

container garden on a patio, rooftop or even in a window box

start a community garden in your neighborhood

From these actions and with dedication and hard work, we create forces that are inherently and powerfully revolutionary.

Revolution is required... start by planting a garden!

URBAN GARDENING

Resistance is fertile... sow a revolution!

Our Urban Garden

A little over ten years ago, there was a decision made to turn the front and back yard into edible growing space.

Southern California was experiencing a severe drought, one of the first things we did was covered over the front lawn with newspapers and mulch.

The yard has been constantly changing over the years and the changes still continue to this day.

We are documenting our progress on:
